We check every order prior to shipping because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date and let us try to make things right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange the buyer must contact us within 3 business days of delivery, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Also, to complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable goods such as food or candy, cannot be returned.
- We also do not accept products that were not purchased from our website.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Also, any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery without our prior approval.
To prevent abuse of our generous policy, refunds and exchanges are processed at our sole discretion.
A refund, less shipping costs, will be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with our Refunds policy.
Shipping Returns
Returns are only accepted under specific circumstances due to the handmade nature of our products. We accept returns if the item is damaged upon arrival. To receive a return, you must include clear photos of the damaged item with your request. Refund/return requests will be processed with a reply within 3 business days of the date requested.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery time for the returned or exchanged product may vary depending on your location. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing After Approval
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send the buyer an email to notify them that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
If the refund request is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days of refund approval.
Clearance items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items with like items at our expense if they are defective or damaged. If a request for exchange of an item is for other reasons the cost of shipping is at the buyers expense.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to a gift recipient, and the return or exchange is approved and the returned item is received by us, either:
A credit, less shipping costs, towards a future purchase will be issued to the gift recipient, or at our discretion.
A refund, less shipping costs, will be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with our Refunds policy.
